Q: Can I exchange the size of a T-shirt at the venue?
A: No, exchanges or size swaps are not available at the venue. Please choose your size carefully when placing your order online.

Q: What should I do if I ordered merchandise for the wrong city?
A: If you've made a mistake with the city in your order, you have one hour from the time of purchase to send us an email for a correction. Please note that even if you don’t receive a quick reply, we have read your message and will process your request as soon as possible.

Q: Can I choose a specific acrylic stand?
A: No, acrylic items are picked at random. We cannot accommodate specific member requests.

Q: Are there shipping options available?
A: No, our merchandise is only available for in-person pickup at the tour location. We do not offer shipping at this moment, and will notify you if and when we do.

Q: How and where do I pick up my merchandise?
A: Merchandise will be available for pickup at the designated tour venue. Please show the order receipt (live, not a screenshot) at the merchandise table, along with a matching ID of the person who made the purchase.

Q: What payment methods are accepted at the venue?
A: At the moment we can guarantee only cash payment option.

Q: Can I buy merchandise online after the tour?
A: Currently, merchandise is only available for purchase as pre-order and during the event. If there will be any left-over merch, we will sell it online.
